Kris Houser is the Director of Marketing Communications and has been with the company since 2010. She has 20 years of experience in corporate communications and has a passion for leading in-house creative groups to achieve agency-like design-thinking and execution. Most recently, Kris has expanded her love of tea and is now certified in Levels I and II by the Specialty Tea Institute, becoming addicted to tea lattes in the process (try it, you will like it!). Memberships include NCA PR Committee and Association for Women in Communication, and she also serves on the BUNN Development Guild and as an ambassador for Women’s Foodservice Forum. She was determined to become an English teacher while studying at Illinois College, but then decided to pursue a master’s degree in Public Relations and Journalism at the University of Iowa which opened doors for a career in corporate work. Kris rarely has buyer’s remorse by living the mantra: “Think twice, act once.” Word of the year: shed (ask her about it sometime).

As coordinator of BUNN’s social marketing initiatives, Nichole regularly tweets, maintains the commercial Facebook page, and two corporate blogs. She keeps a pulse on industry topics online, and tries to keep pace with the almost hourly changes in social marketing. Nichole has served as a coordinator for the SCAA panel "Penning the Perfect Cup" in 2009 and as a speaker for a lecture panel on social media in 2010. In her spare time, she volunteers for the IWCA (International Women’s Coffee Alliance) marketing committee focusing on graphic design and social marketing activities. Nichole has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina-Aiken.

Scott joined the BUNN Marketing team in November, 2012 as the Communication and Data Specialist. In his role with BUNN, Scott tracks and presents on industry trends throughout the nation as well collaborating with the marketing team on company initiatives. Along with the marketing side, Scott handles various writing tasks such as the BUNN Blog and both internal and external newsletters and publications. Prior to BUNN, Scott worked in intercollegiate athletics as a Media Relations Director and an Associate Athletic Director. He has a B.A in Journalism and Mass Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.

With over 30 years in the foodservice industry, Desiree Logsdon is skilled at translating her considerable expertise into tangible benefits for the beverage equipment customers of the Bunn-O-Matic Corporation around the globe. As Vice President of Marketing, Logsdon is responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing strategies, and corporate citizenship initiatives.
In the Industry, Logsdon is an active member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, the International Women’s Coffee Alliance Board of Directors, the National Association of Convenience Stores and the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Logsdon is a dedicated community volunteer and enjoys golfing and outdoor activities. She is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and regularly engages in culinary experiences.

Jodi McClure is a Customer Service Expert for BUNN. Jodi started with BUNN in 1988 and has fine-tuned her product knowledge to enable her to better serve our partners in the beverage and foodservice industries. Her management skills were enhanced during her tenure as a member of the SAP Implementation Team. Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for the products. Jodi’s interests include quality time with her family and fun adventures with her two mini-Dachshund dogs.
Tony Sanguedolce (Italian for sweet blood) has been an integral part of the BUNN Marketing team since 2002 and is an experienced graphic designer and self-proclaimed Apple Evangelist (just ask him). Tony often can be found behind a camera or at his beloved Mac editing video, or designing promotional materials. In recent years, Tony has traveled to many trade shows and conferences to document events using video and photography to provide marketing support whenever possible. In his spare time, Tony teaches Photoshop at a local Springfield vocational school. Tony is a graduate of Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications.

Jeff started at BUNN in March 1990. With over 23 years of experience in beverage dispensing equipment development, he focuses on keeping pace with customer equipment needs by staying connected to beverage product leaders, and providing innovative solutions to the industry. Jeff has developed several ideas leading to patents that further set BUNN equipment apart from other beverage dispensers. He believes, beverage equipment quality always starts with quality of the finished drink and is then perfected by reliable equipment solutions. As an Engineering Project Manager, Jeff specializes in development of cold drink dispensers, specifically Granita and Juice. He enjoys volunteering for various company initiated outreach programs and participating in youth mission trips every summer.
