BUNN Commercial Return Policy Updated

Practicing aggressive and continuous quality improvement is one of our five key Strategic Objectives. We will work to understand the requirements of our customers and our suppliers, both internal and external, and continuously strive to improve our processes to meet those requirements at all times.

In rare circumstances, products shipped to customers or suppliers may need to be returned. We have recently updated our Commercial Return Policy that can be read here

The updated policy has a few new terms which we would like to highlight:

  1. Any concealed damage claim should be reported to BUNN within 5 business days upon receipt of product.
  2. BUNN may authorize returns for items only within the first six months from date of invoice.
  3. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by BUNN and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless attributable to a BUNN shipping error.

In the unlikely situation that a return is needed, please initiate the process by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-800-637-8606 ext. 7273 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday.
