Festive Coconut Balls recipe
Place shredded wheat in a processor and blend. Add oats, 1 cup of the coconut and cinnamon and blend again. While food processor is on, add coffee liqueur, and drizzle in honey and oil. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls, and then roll balls into remaining coconut. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
