Mexican Dip Recipe

Football season is officially underway.  And between the high school football games, college games and even professional games, you have numerous tailgates you need to attend!  Tired of bringing a bag of chips or hot dogs to the pre-game festivities?  Want a new recipe to share with your football friends at this weekends tailgate?  Try this Mexican Dip that incorporates coffee! YUM!  Plus, it is so simple to make.   All your friends will think you scored a culinary touchdown with this recipe.

Mexican Dip
1    cup of nacho cheese (chilis and cheese)
2    cup canned chili with beans
        cup brewed coffee

Heat cheese over low heat; add chili and coffee, mix well.  Serve with corn chips, or for a healthy alternative try raw turnip slices.
