Thanksgiving Coffee Feast

Nov 15, 2012|

Coffee fanatics everywhere will rejoice this Thanksgiving because they can have a Thanksgiving Coffee Feast!

We scoured the internet to find traditional Thanksgiving food recipes with a twist- they all incorporate coffee.    Below are recipes for the coffee lover this Thanksgiving.

1. Turkey

Turkey is the quintessential Thanksgiving food.   This Roasted Turkey with Coffee Rub  recipe boasts that it produces "The Greatest Turkey in the History of Thanksgiving."     The bird is covered with a coffee rub and slow roasted for a bird that is "succulent and beautifully brown."

I don't know about you, but I would love to be known as the host with the best turkey ever!

 2. Ham

I know it may sound crazy, but some people do not like turkey.  Offer your guests an alternative to turkey (or it can be a welcomed addition to their crowded plate) with this Coffee Glazed Ham.  With only 5 ingredients, you can whip this recipe up in no time.

 3. Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

Piling a plate with a massive mound of mashed potatoes and then smothering them in gravy is a tradition many people don't skip on Thanksgiving.    Guests at your Thanksgiving dinner will be covering not only their potatoes, but they will be looking for other foods to smother (like their turkey and dinner rolls) with this Beef Coffee Gravy.  Plus, pair this gravy with the complimentary Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes and you will have a Thanksgiving home run!

 4. Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potatoes add a vibrant color to your Thanksgiving table, but also make a great addition to all your trimmings.  This year dress up your sweet potatoes with this Coffee Infused Sweet Potato Casserole recipe.  With ingredients like sweet potatoes, brown sugar, pecans and coffee- we don't see how this won't be a fan favorite at Thanksgiving this year!
