Greg Fisher,
Senior Vice President of National Accounts
Providing leadership and strategic planning to the National Account sales group. Fisher has more than twenty years of experience with BUNN in procurement, technical assistance, Customer Support, regional and national sales. He has worked with roasters and foodservice customers to improve and upgrade their coffee programs. Fisher has presented training at National Coffee Association conferences and is an active member and supporter of the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
Alan Brewer,
Director of Technical Education
BUNN’s Director of Technical Education, Brewer has worked at BUNN for 23 years. During his 12 years in the company's research and development department, Brewer was instrumental in designing and patenting several of BUNN’s major equipment lines, including the C model coffee brewers, satellite coffee brewers, and hot water machines. For the past 7 years, Brewer has directed the company's technical education programs. He has conducted field training on BUNN beverage equipment for many leading specialty coffee roasters and has developed and presented technical education programs throughout the world. Brewer is a member of SCAA’s Training Committee, an SCAA Certified Brewing Technician and a BUNN Certified Service Technician. He has extensive public speaking experience and has served as a presenter at the Virginia Cross Flow Connection Society conference.
Margaret Heery,
Vice President, National Accounts/Marketing Insights
As Marketing Insights Specialist for BUNN, Heery is responsible for providing the company with insight information and marketing trends concerning food service beverages, segments, and channels. She is also a VP of National Accounts. She has held various sales and marketing positions at General Mills, Pearlco of Boston, and Kraft Foods. At Brooklyn Union Gas Company she created recipes and then demonstrated the preparation of them to groups as large as a thousand. She earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and holds an Executive MBA.
Aimee Markelz Tracy,
Vice President, Retail Division and Marketing Communications
Markelz joined the BUNN Corporation as Vice President, Retail Division in 2004. She is responsible for the company’s retail sales and marketing, product development, distribution and Customer Support. Her experience in the housewares sector includes 11 years with Newell Rubbermaid and Sanford International. She holds a B.A. from Saint Mary's College, and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
Ric Martin,
Vice President, National Accounts
Martin has spent his entire working career in the coffee business. He started his career with the BUNN Corporation in 1983 in Los Angeles, living and working in many western locations, including Denver, Oakland and Phoenix. In 1995, he became Director of Sales for Mountanos Bros. Coffee Company, rejoining the BUNN Corporation in 1998. Martin uses his considerable knowledge of the beverage equipment business to support key clients in the national chain account segment. His father was a coffee roaster and the family has owned coffee houses. He is well versed in all aspects of drip coffee applications in a wide variety of commercial markets.
Scott Mazzini,
Vice President, Product Management
Mazzini has filled a variety of positions during his thirteen-year career at the BUNN Corporation. After studying systems analysis and computer programming in college, Scott was hired in 1991 to work in BUNN's Management Information Systems Department as Electronic Data Interchange Coordinator & Workstation Analyst. In 1995 he became BUNN's District Sales Manager for the upper Midwest where he worked with many of the region's leading specialty coffee roasters and café operators as well as food service distributors, chain operators and equipment dealers. In 2000 he was promoted to the position of Product Manager where he successfully combined his advanced technological skills and marketing know-how in the arena of new product research and development. In 2003, Scott became BUNN’s Director of New Business Development and in October, 2004, he was promoted to the position of Vice President of Product Management. In addition to giving numerous presentations before the company’s clients, Scott has been a panelist at the Specialty Coffee Association of America’s Annual Conference & Exhibition.
Lisa McCloud
Retail Marketing Manager
Lisa McCloud joined the Bunn-O-Matic Corporation in May 2006 as Retail Marketing Manager. She handles consumer marketing, product development and strategic business management for all BUNN home products. Before joining BUNN, Lisa was employed by Enesco Corporation and Zak Designs. She has thirteen years of experience in consumer marketing, product development, licensing and customer service in the retail marketing arena.
Diane Newell
Vice-President, Human Resources
Diane joined the Bunn-O-Matic Corporation as Vice President, Human Resources in 2006. She has responsibility for developing, enhancing and ensuring that BUNN’s employment practices and policies are responsive to today’s changing marketplace and that they maximize the potential and growth of our employees. Diane brings to BUNN over 15 years of progressive human resource experience with organizations that include Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, Zurich, Lever Brothers and W. W. Grainger. She holds a BA from Knox College and an advanced degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
Randy Pope,
Director, BUNN Beverage Technology Center
Pope has more than 25 years of experience at BUNN in the technical training and coffee brewing areas. Besides his expertise in new product research and development, coffee recipe creation, and quality assurance, Pope has presented training to more than 40 customer groups, at the 2003 and 2004 National Coffee Association Fall Education Conferences, and at the third annual Specialty Coffee Association of Europe’s 2004 Rimini Exhibition & Espres Show. He is a member of SCAE and the SCAA Technical Standards Committee. Pope also authored the article “Coffee Brewing Standards Can We Create a More Perfect Cup?” for the Specialty Coffee Chronicle March/April 2003 published by the Specialty Coffee Association of America. He is also the author of “Filter Drip Brewing Equipment: Maintenance and Service” for the February 2005 issue of Tea and Coffee Trade Journal.

Neal Robinson,
Senior Vice President, International Sales
Robinson is the Senior Vice President of International Sales for the BUNN Corporation. Neal began his career with BUNN in 1986 as a District Sales Manager in the Southeastern United States, and subsequently served as Regional Sales Manager and then Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeastern United States. In 1993 he was promoted to Senior Vice President, US Sales and Customer Support, based at BUNN corporate headquarters in Springfield, Illinois. In 1999 Robinson moved to his current position in the International Division.
Sam Grasinger,
Vice President Sales, Latin America
Sam Grasinger began his coffee career with BUNN Corporation nearly 15 years ago. In 2004, he was promoted from vice president, national accounts to vice president, sales, Latin America. In this capacity he regularly visits coffee roasters, café operators, F&B managers, and chefs in Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. Prior to joining the BUNN team, he lived in Colombia for three years, training employees for NCR Corp. in Spanish and English. Early in his career, he spent nine years in the restaurant business in a variety of positions including head cook, general manager and server. Sam holds a bachelors degree from The Catholic University of America, where he majored in economics, business management and accounting.
Lisa Kay Burchfield,
Manager, International Sales
Lisa Burchfield is Manager, International Sales and U.S. Government Sales for Bunn-O-Matic Corporation. She is an active member of the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe and participated in SCAE’s 2003 group site visit to coffee producing regions in Brazil. She also published an article titled “Changing Coffee Brewing Trends in Europe” in SCAE’s newsletter, Café Europa, in 2005. Lisa is a graduate of Michigan State University’s James Madison College, with a B.A. in International Relations. She later was a recipient of a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholarship to the University of Barcelona where she completed graduate studies in International Business. She was also a Rotary International exchange student in Cali, Colombia. In addition to instructing customers on proper grinding and brewing techniques, in June 2007 Lisa served as moderator and panelist for “Quality Control on the Journey from Seed to Cup” at the Tea & Coffee World CupExhibition and Symposiums in Geneva, Switzerland. Previously, she presented a program on quality filter-drip brewing practices with Ted Lingle, then Executive Director of the Specialty Coffee Association of America, at Costa Rica's International Coffee Week, Sintercafé.
Dago Castro,
Sales & Director of Service, Latin America/Caribbean
Castro has been with BUNN for seven years and has over 15 years experience in the coffee industry. He has given numerous seminars on coffee from seed to cup with emphasis on grinding. He has also presented programs on advanced technical topics including equipment diagnostics and maintenance as well as operations. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, Castro has presented programs throughout the US, Latin America and the Caribbean. He is involved with ABIC in Brazil, the Colombian Coffee Federation, and serves on the Training Committee for the Specialty Coffee Association of America.
He actively supports the Coffee Quality Institute throughout Central America, working in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador. He is responsible for establishing service networks and providing technical, operational and sales training to operators in the Caribbean Islands, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil and throughout Mexico. Prior to joining BUNN, he held positions in service and sales for Rowland Coffee and served as a field technician for Chock-Full-of-Nuts. He is a member of the SCAA training committee and is Gold Cup certified.
