ASSEMBLY PRODUCTION SCHEDULER
JOB SUMMARY
Maintains and supports the finished product schedule for the Springfield Assembly Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains and supports of Springfield finished product schedule.
Identifies shortages of materials from vendors and fabricated components in support of production schedule.
Develops and maintains stock levels and run sizes to economically support production while maintaining minimum inventory levels.
Evaluates Notifications of Change (NOCs) to determine impact on Springfield Assembly Department schedule.
Coordinates New Product Introduction for Springfield Assembly.
Identifies obsolete and excess parts.
Creates and maintains all data labels for Springfield Assembly and Engineering.
Supports product schedule for Canada requirements of fabricated parts.
Maintains and supports replenishment orders between plants.
Performs other assigned duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree or equivalent; minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing operations; must be detail-oriented; must have proven AS400 and MRP skills, must have proven skills in shop floor planning execution, work order procedures and production scheduling; must have proven analytical skills; ability to work as a team player; effective communications skills and proficiency in basic data entry/PC skills (excel, word, and access).
TOOL AND DIE MAKER - 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.)
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all aspects of die making which includes, but is not limited to maintenance, repairs, changeovers, fabricating new parts, fixtures and machine work. Types of dies include progressive, blanking, 2 station hand transfer, compound forming and draw dies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates all tool room equipment, including drills, mills, lathes, grinders, jig bore, etc.
Maintains knowledge of heat treating tool steels such as D2, A2, 01, etc.
Performs analysis to diagnose problems with tooling and then takes appropriate steps to correct.
Maintains necessary working knowledge necessary to build, repair, and maintain various dies and fixtures.
Makes spare or replacement parts for all dies.
Reads and understands blueprints.
Sharpens all types of dies and keeps the tool timed out.
Be able to changeover dies for similar parts and to keep changeover parts maintained.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School graduate or equivalent, further vocational/technical training in tool and die, or machining desirable. Must have minimum 5 years experience in tool and die trade. Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and very detail-oriented. Good communications skills required. Previous CNC and wire EDM experience, are a plus.
SUPPORT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
JOB SUMMARY
Performs a variety of administrative duties within the Support Services area.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Performs Support Services duties assigned in conjunction with the Support Services area and Sales Department,

Entering data into customer specific databases via the internet.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
TITLE: Fabrication Supervisor
REPORTS TO: Manufacturing Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Organizes, coordinates, and supervises employees and activities within the fabrication department to ensure an effective and efficient assembly operation that meets safety, quality and production standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns work to department personnel to attain department objectives using knowledge of production processes, company policies, production schedules, work orders, equipment capacity and employee capabilities.
Establishes and controls procedures to meet production schedules.
Recommends and initiates improvements to production processes, equipment, and working conditions to improve production efficiencies.
Establishes and controls procedures to ensure production of conforming fabricated assembly components.
Monitors and controls established procedures to ensure product compliance.
Establishes and monitors cost control systems to achieve department budget objectives.
Monitors department areas to ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping requirements.
Facilitates and promotes company policy and the Bunn-O-Matic Quality Improvement Process within all department work groups.
Provides training, support, direction and guidance to department personnel to continually develop their work habits, job skills and safety practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
4-year college degree in a business-related or industrial technology area preferred.
3 years minimum supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to learn and understand AS-400 software and complete transactions pertaining to fabrication operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to supervise diverse work groups in a team environment using effective listening, coaching, training, investigative and problem-solving skills.

Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment required; experience with laser cutting, automated or CNC presses, turret presses, progressive and blanking presses, benders, brakes, and shears or similar equipment preferred.
Ability to work shifts of 10-12 hours, scheduled either Monday through Thursday or Friday through Sunday.
ASSISTANT PRICING MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS
Assist in the implementation and on-going maintenance of System pricing, for the purpose of invoicing customer purchases. In addition, assist in researching and responding to questions, from both internal and external customers, relating to pricing issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Serve as assistant and direct report to the Pricing Administration Manager, while working closely with the Support Services Manager, Commercial Order Administration Manager, Commercial Credit Manager, Cost Accounting and Commercial Sales.
Participate in and support the Company Quality Process to its fullest extent.
Review Notice of Change (NOC) documents in relation to the release of new equipment and changes to existing equipment.
Create an excel spread sheet for each new equipment release, identifying the "standard" and unique features of that model, for pricing purposes.
Maintain existing excel pricing spread sheets, as well as all future pricing spread sheets, as option and pricing changes take place.
Run and review all existing pricing reports.
Assist customers and the Sales Team with price quote information.
Maintain 'Customer Price Exception' spread sheet

ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
JOB SUMMARY
Accepts and processes orders submitted by telephone, fax, mail and customer service referral. Answers questions from customers regarding Bunn products and any other customer service needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acccepts orders for commercial coffee brewers, grinders, tea brewers, hot beverage machines, cold beverage machines, parts and coffee filters, via the phone, fax and email.
Processes customer orders and tracks order to ship status.
Communicates order status to customer and answers any customer questions.
Monitors orders not shipped daily report.
Provide exceptional customer service to BunnÕs commercial division customers.
Performs other assigned duties.
