Effective January 1, 2007, customers wishing to obtain warranty service on BUNN commercial beverage equipment must contact BUNN Technical Service at 1-800-286-6070 for warranty verification. Technical Service staff will review warranty service requests based on the age of the equipment and the equipment failure mode to determine if required repairs will be covered for payment under warranty. If BUNN determines repairs will be covered under warranty, BUNN Technical Service will dispatch an authorized BUNN Service Providers to your location to complete repairs.

Customers requiring service on BUNN commercial beverage equipment that does not fall under warranty may obtain service through BUNNserve Managed Service or by contacting a BUNN Service Provider directly.
