Includes labor, travel and PM Kit charges for two Preventive Maintenance Visits on BUNN® beverage equipment
Preventive Maintenance calls are scheduled at 6 months from equipment installation and repeated at 6 month intervals.
BUNNserve will dispatch PMs and ship required PM Kits to service providers upon scheduled due dates.
Preventive Maintenance services will be completed within 14 days from the date that call is dispatched.
Labor for replacement of water filtration cartridge is also included if the filtration components are on-site at the time of the Preventive Maintenance Call or purchased by the customer and shipped to the servicer prior to the date of the PM. Cost of filtration components is not included.
BUNNserve services are performed by BUNN Authorized Service Providers or BUNN Factory Representatives. Selection of servicer is at sole discretion of BUNNserve.
Customers may choose to have all BUNNserve® services invoiced to an open BUNN account.
Both Flat Rate and Time and Material Services are available to customers with open accounts.
Customers may also choose to have services invoiced to approved credit cards. Customers may provide a Credit Card that BUNNserve will maintain securely for all service billings or require callers to provide credit card information prior to dispatching any service call.
Only Flat Rate Services are available to customers paying with credit cards.
Customers set up to have all of their services invoiced to an open Bunn account may view all of their service activities on-line @ www.bunnserve.com. BUNNserve will provide secure access so that customers may access a real-time view of the status every installation, calibration, pm or service call.
For customers with 100 or more service events per year, BUNNserve will develop and email periodic service reports at no additional charge.
