ISO9001 Registered Quality Management System

BUNN strives for the highest level of customer satisfaction by utilizing a robust Quality Management System encompassing all processes for designing, manufacturing, and delivering products with the BUNN label. This Quality Management system is independently audited and certified to the ISO 9001:2015 Standard.

SOC 2

The purpose of the SOC 2 report is to evaluate an organization’s information systems relevant to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

BUNN and SOC 2 Compliance

BUNN is SOC 2 compliant, demonstrating our commitment to securely managing customer data. The SOC 2 reports are generated by an objective third party attesting to a set of assertions made by BUNN about its controls that are in place to protect customer data. The audit firm’s evaluation includes comprehensive testing of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls within the audit period.

Customers may use the SOC 2 report to assess the risks arising from interactions with the assessed BUNN systems throughout the period.

Quality Management for Food Safety

NSF International has assessed and certified BUNN’s White Hall manufacturing facility as meeting the rigorous requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Packaging Materials.

This certification applies to our processes for cutting, forming, and packing paper filters used in coffee and tea preparation across both foodservice and consumer markets. The BRC Global Standard is a globally recognized benchmark for quality, safety, and operational criteria that ensures manufacturers fulfill their obligations and protect the end consumer.

This third-party certification underscores BUNN’s ongoing commitment to quality, operational excellence, and safety at every stage of the manufacturing process.
