In the mid 1950s, George R. Bunn managed Capitol Wholesale Grocery Company and started a division dedicated to the coffee brewing process and equipment. In 1957, he was credited for introducing the world's first flat bottom, fluted filter.
That was the first chapter in what has become a portfolio rich with industry-leading, customer-driven patented solutions, placing BUNN at the forefront of the dispensed beverage equipment industry. We continue to strive to make the best quality cup possible for each customer on every occasion.
