Corporate Citizenship

An integral part of the BUNN primary mission goes beyond simply ensuring employee job satisfaction. The organization is committed to enabling employees to lead productive, balanced lives for the betterment of families and communities. By equally fostering a dedication to people as well as overall company performance, a working culture exists that is rare in today's business world: high rates of tenure are the norm rather than the exception.

At Bunn-O-Matic, being a good corporate citizen is embedded in our primary mission, “To act with purpose to make a positive difference in the people and communities we touch”. Our initiatives around community outreach encourage our employees to actively seek ways they can use their talents and expertise to help others. In 2012, BUNN launched the Development Guild as an avenue for employees who wanted to learn more and further engage in community and industry outreach. The Guild is a group of emerging professionals within the organization who identify and execute initiatives that can foster measurable improvements in the lives of the under-served population.

We are proud of these initiatives and believe it is one of the very special things about the culture at Bunn-O-Matic.

BUNN actively engages with professional industry organizations to support important educational and legislative initiatives. We are also proud to support organizations doing important work in coffee and tea-producing countries through volunteerism and sponsorship.

Recognizing that our business operation impacts the total environment, the Respect Earth® initiative reflects BUNN’s continuing focus on preserving the Earth for future generations throughout our supply chain. We are driven to continually incorporate this respect for our natural resources into our daily business practices and products.

As a leading global supplier of coffee and specialty beverage equipment, BUNN recognizes the competitive advantage in having an inclusive and diverse supplier base. As corporate members of the Chicago Minority Supplier Development Council and the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, we actively seek and develop a broad base of certified diverse suppliers that fit within our business strategy. If you are interested in becoming a strategic partner with us, we first require that all suppliers submit information for our consideration. Please complete the online form. After evaluation, we will contact you if there is any followup.
